Why am I not hearing any audio even though it says it's playing?

When you listen to a scanner feed, you're hearing audio from a real radio hosted by someone in the area through a 3rd party service.

If you encounter an issue with the audio feed, you can notify the person providing the audio by visiting the 3rd party audio source (such as Broadcastify.com), finding the feed's page, and clicking the "Report a Problem" button. This will send an email to the feed provider, informing them of the problem.
